Running is about raw emotion, whether we run with a large group where the conversation is loud and boisterous or in a small group where the talk is intimate and close to the heart. My favourite runs are the quiet reflective runs, either alone or with a single friend, lost in silence and thought. These are the runs where we open our hearts and minds and find answers for what we search.
These posts speak fluently to both heart and mind of why I run.
